if you add concentration lines to the eye panel, it adds more EYE POPPIN' feelin' 8D
like... black lines emerging from the corners/sides towards the eye. more lines=more dramatic effect :D

mmm, i don't know what those lines are called, but you could add vertical lines that fade downward in the top panels behind le peoples :D. maybe that'll even it out ^__^.
aaand mebbe extending the black block all the way across the page would break off the scenes more O:.
p.s. what does 'tut-ah-tut' mean? o.o *randomly came to mind*

Actually, I quite liked this page. Head's a little big in the last panel, but it's put together really well. SUSPENZE! OH NOES! Someone needs to eat some Ramen in this comic. I demand it.

I agree with Spoony
You should have a ramen eating person, at least in the background. Anyway, I like the Splater Effect, and the Black pannel. The Wait! in white looks natural, and the Cut at the top is perfect. Although I'm confused about the angle that the female is in.. I see breasts going >> That way, and a body going ^^ that way.
[Tries to put body in that position] Its plauseable, but its kinda painfull...
